A beautiful collector hybrid combining the compact, sculptural character of Pachypodium brevicaule with the stronger growth influence of Pachypodium densiflorum. This specimen displays the swollen caudiciform base, textured surface, and architectural form that make Madagascar Pachypodiums highly sought after by collectors.

Native to Madagascar, Pachypodiums have evolved to store water within their thickened trunks, creating the unique bonsai-like appearance that makes them favorites among rare plant enthusiasts. This hybrid offers a wonderful balance between the low, rounded form of brevicaule and the stronger upright growth habit of densiflorum.

As it matures, the caudex will continue developing character and presence, creating a one-of-a-kind living sculpture.

Care Instructions

☀️ Light:
Provide bright light with several hours of direct sun for best growth, compact form, and overall health.

💧 Water:
Allow soil to dry completely between waterings. Water more actively during warm growing months and reduce significantly during winter dormancy when leaf drop is normal.

Requires a fast-draining cactus/mineral mix. Avoid moisture-retentive soils.
