A wonderfully unusual cultivar of Hoya carnosa 'Compacta', the Hindu Rope Plant is prized for its thick, twisted foliage that curls and folds into long cascading ropes of waxy green leaves.

Unlike traditional Hoyas with flat trailing vines, Compacta develops dense spirals of tightly contorted growth, giving the plant a sculptural quality that feels both playful and strangely elegant. Each vine twists differently as it matures, creating layers of texture and movement that become more dramatic over time.
